My work on Toolsie involved a comprehensive creative overhaul, where I functioned as the sole architect for both the brand’s visual identity and its digital interface. Tasked with making AI feel "human-friendly," I developed everything from the versatile octopus mascot to a high-energy web experience designed to help users manage the "messy" parts of life.

The Challenge
There is a stigma associated with Artificial Intelligence that is cold, technical, and overwhelming to the average person. The biggest challenge was to break down this barrier, making software a "calm mind" companion. I had to create a system that was like a friendly companion yet provided high-level organization for different aspects of health, work, and relationships.
The Solution
I developed a personality-led identity centered on a multi-expressive octopus mascot that serves as a responsive, empathetic face for the technology. Moving away from sterile tech aesthetics, I utilized a vibrant palette—including bold purples, electric greens, and deep blues—to inject energy into the brand. This visual system was integrated into a "Toolbox" web architecture where I structured AI utilities into practical, everyday categories like "Money" and "DIY". This combination of a playful mascot and a highly organized UI successfully reframed Toolsie as an essential, accessible utility, proving that personality-driven design can significantly enhance the accessibility and perceived value of a complex AI product.
